Seeking camera operators to execute the vision of the ShiftPixy Labs Ghost Kitchen Incubator, while contributing technical expertise and creativity. The right candidates will be proficient in shooting, lighting, and bringing compelling stories to life through their camera skills.

Duties:

• Understand and follow specific directions
• Work with director to determine all aspects of shots
• Provide practical and creative input to scene planning
• Select, assemble, and position equipment (cameras, stands, software etc.)
• Prepare cameras and test angles or camera movements
• Shoot scenes according to requirements
• Capture quality footage from a fixed or moving position
• Assist in the resolution of technical or practical issues
• Active participation in setting up and breaking down a production
• Maintain all gear – working with appropriate departments to keep all gear up to date and in working order

Skills:

• Knowledge of and experience with high definition, 4K, UHD, and HDR photography

• Assist in the editing process of new series and contribute to the development and expansion of existing content
• Edit footage using creative storytelling and editing techniques

We are seeking a talented 2D Graphic Designer  for our Miami team.  Are you a creative problem solver, with a positive, can-do attitude? If you answered yes, we would love to meet you. 

As our 2D Graphic Designer, you will work alongside the Senior Graphic / UI Designer to transform business strategy, consumer research, and analytics into compelling creatives that are memorable, inspirational, and translatable across all media channels.

Requirements and responsibilities: 

• Pursuing a degree in graphic design, media arts, illustration, animation, or related field preferred. Soon-to-be or recent college graduates welcome.

Requirements and responsibilities: 

• Pursuing a degree in graphic design, 3D art, illustration, animation, or related field preferred. Soon-to-be or recent college graduates welcome. 
• Proficient knowledge of Maya, Max, Zbrush, Blender, or equivalent 3D software package 
• Familiar with topological constraints in modeling (high and low resolutions) 

• Stylized 3D, texturing suites, and hard surface modeling knowledge 
• Good with UV layout for games and knowledge of Unity to check work 
• Have the ability and knowledge to generate all aspects of asset development including high-resolution models, low-resolution models, and textures 
• Collaborate with designers and animators to develop run-time game 3D Data procedures & pipelines 
• Create high-quality 3D assets and materials for real-time applications – virtual reality and augmented reality experience is a plus but not mandatory

ShiftPixy is looking for a Mobile Engineer with a passion for mobile application and game development. Our ideal candidate is looking for a place to belong and put down roots. In this role you’ll help prototype cutting-edge food ordering experience using Augmented Reality and other future technologies. This role is part of the ShiftPixy Labs and works closely with our Marketing team.

Requirements:

• Passion for mobile application and game development
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience working on Mobile Applications (iOS or Android)
• High proficiency of high-level programming and/or scripting languages (e.g. Java, Objective-C, Kotlin, Swift, etc.)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to break down technical concepts for non-technical team members
